James M. Kleman, MD

Electrophysiology

Dr. James M. Kleman has been Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Cardiovascular Disease as well as Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology. He received his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Maryland where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine. His General Cardiology training was completed at the University of North Carolina, and his Cardiac Electrophysiology training was at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Kleman’s academic and professional experience includes Clinical Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at Northeast Ohio Medical University — NEOMED (formerly known as NEOUCOM), Director of Electrophysiology at the Akron General Medical Center from 1994-2006 and numerous scientific publications and lectures. Dr. Kleman’s philosophy of care is to offer the latest techniques and technologies for maximum benefit for his patients. By providing the proper knowledge, he feels that patients are enabled to actively participate in decisions regarding their medical care.
