John F. Tugaoen, MD, FACC

We are very sad to share that Dr. John F. Tugaoen passed away on Saturday, July 28. An interventional cardiologist at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Dr. Tugaoen was a respected and revered physician. He was a strong contributor to the reputation of MidOhio Cardiology and Vascular Consultants and the OhioHealth Heart and Vascular program.


Dr. Tugaoen will be remembered by many as an innovative and trusted physician, who developed a unique and compassionate rapport with his patients. He will be a greatly missed presence throughout MidOhio Cardiology and Vascular Consultants, Riverside Methodist and within the entire OhioHealth Heart and Vascular family.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made, in John's memory, to The Tugaoen Medical Mission Fund to help fund missions in the Philippines to provide medical care to the impoverished and underserved.
