Dr. Thomas W. Goodlive is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease as well as Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiography and Cardiac Computed Tomography. He received his training at The Ohio State University, The Medical College of Ohio in Toledo and Riverside Methodist Hospital where he served as Chief Resident and was awarded the D.J. Vincent Award as the top resident in his class. He completed his Cardiology training at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh and worked as a cardiologist in Cincinnati before joining MidOhio Cardiology and Vascular Consultants in 2007. Over the years, Dr. Goodlive has shared his expertise through numerous presentations and publications. Dr. Goodlive’s philosophy of care centers on evidence-based medicine. Through medical journals, conferences and participation in the MidWest Cardiology Research Foundation, he stays up to date on the latest breakthroughs in cardiology and incorporates proven therapies into his patient’s care. Dr. Goodlive is married and has four children. He enjoys jogging and spending time with his family.
