Non-invasive Cardiology
Dr. Todd G. Matros is Board Certified in Nuclear Cardiology, Echocardiography, Cardiac CTA, Cardiovascular Medicine and Internal Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Neuroscience at Brandeis University, and he received his Doctor of Medicine and his election into AOA Medical Honor Society from Tulane University. He completed his residency training at Georgetown University and pursued his Cardiovascular Fellowship at NYU. Dr. Matros is an Associate Staff Physician at both
Riverside Methodist Hospital and
Dublin Methodist Hospital. His teaching and prior hospital service include INOVA Fairfax Hospital where he was a Cardiac Care Unit Instructor, active residency and medical student instructor, and a physician in the Adult Congenital Heart Clinic. His philosophy is to provide excellent cardiovascular care by fostering an environment of compassion, communication and education while working in partnership with his patients to achieve their healthcare goals. Dr. Matros and his wife, Karen, have two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, playing the guitar, playing soccer and traveling.
